Returns & Exchange
- Please contact us before returning an item
- We accept returns /exchange for items that are unworn and unwashed and still in original shape with tags attached within 30 days of deliver.
- You can initiate a return or exchange directly through our online chat support or email us on info@footy-jersey.com
- Free of cost Return label only provided for damage / defected shirt , for all other reasons customers are responsible for cost of return label.
- Refunds will be issued once the item has been received by us. All items must be sent back via a signed for delivery method. Once we receive your items, we’ll process your return and initiate a refund to the original payment method.
- We try our best to issue full refund or send the replacement as early as we can, in most cases with in 24 hours.
